We are proud to represent Mississippi School Districts in labor and employment law matters ranging from day-to-day counseling to trial practice.  Wilson Eaton has represented school districts in Mississippi Education Employment Procedures Law hearings and in federal court lawsuits.  We emphasize a decision making process for school districts that takes into account all applicable state and federal laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Genetic Information Nondisclosure Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other labor and employment statutes.  Our representation of private industry employers help us to keep abreast of these laws and to develop innovative strategies for compliance.
