Wilson Eaton has over 20 years experience representing clients in Mississippi, Tennessee, the Gulf Coast and nationally. Wilson’s practice has focused primarily on representing management in labor and employment matters, including trial representation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies, such as the OSHA Review Commission and the National Labor Relations Board.
Wilson’s law practice has also included representing individuals in non-employment law subject matter, such as family law issues and criminal matters (including a murder trial). He draws from these experiences to develop a holistic approach to each client’s specific relationship issues in employment matters and family law concerns.
